Mr. Salmon holds a Master of Business with a specialisation in Property Management, a Master of Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Property from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
As CEO of AGP Group, Mr. Salmon leads the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives. He has established more than 10 India-focused platforms (including Assetz), successfully exited 5 India level platforms, and returned over US$3 billion of capital to investors and partners. Across these ventures, he has overseen more than 20 principal land transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and delivered over 20 million square feet of built assets.
Under his leadership, Assetz has developed several of South India’s landmark projects, including Vrindavan Tech Village (VTV) — Karnataka’s first commercial (for-lease) office IT SEZ and India’s first LEED Platinum-rated office park. VTV has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious MIPIM Asia 2009 Award in the Green Building category. Assetz has also been recognised with multiple awards for construction safety, innovative design, and sustainability.
As Chairman of Logos India, Mr. Salmon oversaw the building of the platform that successfully returned 17% IRR to fund investors.
Prior to his current role, he held the position of Country Manager for Bovis Lendlease (India), Japan and South Korea.
